INV 300 Empathy and Human-Centered Design
Innovation is seeking to understand and make connections between humans and the complexity of situations. This course uncovers the concepts of power, bias, and reasoning within practices of sensemaking and changemaking. Theoretical analysis is integrated with fieldwork and exercises in how epistemology and methodology are applied in various contexts; and to gain experience in planning and facilitating investigations with humans.
