ED 549 Principal Leadership Practicum—Leadership Portfolio

Candidates will focus on completion of the leadership practicum. Candidates will also complete a comprehensive building-level educational leadership portfolio that includes key assessments, artifacts that reflect the candidate’s knowledge and implementation of leadership skills; a detailed practicum log and summary; formative and summative observation and evaluation documents; and research-based essays on the building-level leadership experience. Grade of IP is permitted.
